residents authorized to work and do business in the US.

Our business was established in 1996. For years, we were working exclusively with Ukrainian
American, Russian American and Jewish communities. Now, we are extending our services to
all communities.

Our carefully selected associate is available to take care of your ‘to do list’, so you can focus
on your family, friends or business.

Here is just a sample list of services we offer:

▪ chauffeured transportation - in your car or hired/rented car (airports and train stations,
point to point, long distances, road shows, etc.);

▪ courier services – short and long distances (pick up and delivery of documents, goods, etc);

▪ errand services (dry cleaning, laundry, post office/mailing, car maintenance, movie rentals,
grocery shopping, etc.);

▪ escort to public and private events (parties, receptions, concerts, etc.);

▪ home coordination and arrangements (home organization projects; light packing and
moving assistance; light hauling; clean out basements and garages; acting as a liaison with
home vendors - landscapers, plumbers, electricians, etc.);

▪ house sitting (peace of mind house check in, mail and newspapers pick-up, watering plants);

▪ language services (interpreting, translations, typesetting, word processing, etc.);

▪ organizing, making inventory and cataloging personal and professional effects, home
library books, documents, letters,
manuscripts and other paperwork;

▪ research (internet research, library research, archive research);

▪ scanning and electronic storing (photos, documents, etc.);

▪ scheduling appointments and making reservations;

▪ shopping (regular and exclusive shopping and purchase of goods; locating hard to find items;
gift wrapping, etc.);

▪ travel arrangements (airline/train/bus ticket arrangement, ocar service r rental car arrangement, etc.);

▪ waiting service (deliveries, home repair workers, utility specialists).

We charge $25.00 to $100.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
Additional time is billed by the quarter hour.

We offer discounts for all day and longer period jobs, senior citizens and retirees, and
frequent users of our services.

By now, we accept payments maid by checks or in cash. By this time, credit card payment are
accepted via PayPal.
